Billing questions
- How do I change plans or cancel?
- In the app, under Usage & billing.
- What happens to my screenplay if I stop paying?
- It stays yours, and it stays in your account on the Free plan, with the screenplay editor, production reports and export to Final Draft, Fountain and PDF. If a payment fails, we retry it automatically, and your pages and the editor are untouched.
- Does unused usage carry over?
- No. Included usage resets when your plan renews.
- Can I add usage partway through?
- Yes, on a paid plan. Extra usage is a one-time purchase in the app. It never expires, and it is spent after your plan’s included usage.
